SHIPPING COSTS
We have explored many options since the past few print drops to decrease shipping costs and are happy to announce that shipping costs are now 80% less than what they were for international shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: If customer has input their address incorrectly at checkout and the order gets lost due to this, the shop will not be held responsible. If you realise you've input your address incorrectly after hitting checkout, simply email us on architecturebyari@gmail.com and we can fix this for you!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COME?
Another aspect of the 1 - 2 week print 'drop' technique is that it allows production to all take place once all the orders are in and the shop is closed. Therefore, once you place your order, the order will be sent into production and packaging only after the end of this 'drop' period and dispatched right after. Thus, all orders regardless of when they were placed within each (1- 2 week) print drop period will be dispatched a week after the drop is over. Allow a further 2-15 days for delivery depending on location. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, you will be notified of order dispatch and shipping via email however, the delivery will not be trackable.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PRINT DROPS?
As the print shop is ran by a small team and there is a high demand for prints, the website has print drops every few months, stocking all prints in various sizes. This helps with work load as each print is printed to order. Dates for these 'drops' are announced via architecturebyari instagram and via email notification if you've subscribed to the website.
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COTTON CANVAS AND 300GSM CARD LIKE PAPER?
The 300gsm card like paper is just thick, high quality paper, its great for bold, bright colours and a crisp image. Within this we have silk, satin and matte finishes which we have tested with each print design and have chosen the best finish suitable for each depending on the colours of each image. We will print on the best finish for your chosen print.
The 330gsm 100% cotton canvas has a luxurious thick fabric feel and an archival quality to it. Perfect if you prefer a vintage vibe which will have more faded colours and a slightly less crisp image, given the woven nature of the paper. But it is all part of the look and feel, think mughal paintings and scrolls, slightly less sharp image but more personality. Print examples on instagram.
CAN YOU PRINT CUSTOM SIZES?
If you'd like a larger custom size than the ones stated on the website, please drop a dm on architecturebyari instagram. We have had requests to print on a larger scale for events in the past, this requires lots of test prints to ensure quality is not compromised which also costs more than the stated prices. But upon request we can explore this possibility.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Since this is a small business with limited resources, it is difficult to offer refunds and exchanges. However, if you believe something is off and you are truly not happy with your order please drop an email to architecturebyari@gmail.com and we can sort it out.
