If you want bold, bright colours and a more crisp image, go for the 300gsm card like paper.
But if you prerfer a vintage, luxury feel which will have more faded colours and a less crisp image, given the woven nature of the paper, choose the cotton canvas. (think mughal paintings and scrolls, slightly less sharp image but more personality)
